IPA State Prelims- Avon High School

7am-7:30am- Transit to Eagle Elementary School

7:30am- Rehearse at Eagle Elementary School Main Gym and Cafeteria

10:30-11am BREAK

1pm- Load, Eat and Change

2:30pm- Depart for Avon High School

2:58 Load in

3:53- Transit to Warmup

3:58- Warmup in B

4:20-Staging

4:31-Performance

4:45-Load Semis

5:25- Depart for BHS (3 captains will stay back to accept awards)

5:45pm- Arrive and unload gear into storage room via 15b (taking time not to interrupt flow of ongoing competition)

6:15pm- Dinner Provided

7pm- Assist with IPA Prelims at BHS

9pm- Clean up IPA Prelims at BHS event spaces

10pm-dismissed
