Winter Guard Contest Worker Meeting

This meeting is for all workers for the 20 Winter Guard contest on Sat. Feb. 22. Please enter at door 15. If you are working concessions, hospitality or setup/teardown please do not attend the meeting. See below for info.
Concessions: Please wear a hat, Brownsburg Purple. Please park in the gravel lot (softball diamond area)
Setup/Teardown: Please report to the band room. Please park in the gravel lot (softball diamond area)
Hospitality: Please wear Brownsburg attire. Hospitality will be in the senior academy cafe
Please park in the gravel lot (softball diamond area)
Headquarters: Band room for any questions or needs (medical ect.)
