We hope all parents will be able to attend and be “Loud and Proud” in the stands.
October 22-Friday
11:00am Practice
2:30 Load/Dress/Eat (students will need to bring food with them)
3:45 Leave BHS
4:30 Arrive @ Lucas Oil (students may want to have a light snack with them)
10:15am Contest Begins
6:30 Perform
8:00 Leave Lucas Oil
9:00 Arrive Home/Unload/Change
October 22-Saturday
10:00 Practice
2:00 Lunch- you may leave campus
3:15 return for awards/Dress?
4:00 Prelim Awards (watch in band room)
- If we make finals, we will provide schedule on remind101. Finals schedule will not be available until after the awards ceremony as it is a draw for performance slot
- Eat dinner during this time- Bring with you
- If we do not make finals we will return home immediately
- 14 bands qualify for finals
7:15 Finals begin
11:15 Finals Awards
12:45 Leave Luca Oil
1:30 Arrive home/unload
**Parents wanting tickets must purchase tickets thru Ticket Master or at Lucas Oil Stadium.
