November 9-11, 2023
Thursday, November 9
8:00 – Depart Brownsburg High School
9:00 – Arrive at Convention Center
9:15 – Unload uniforms in our specified room, then unload trailer
10:00 – Convention Center Rehearsal
12:00 – Snack
1:00 – Meet in sections
1:15 – Walk to Lucas Oil Stadium
1:35 – Enter Lucas Oil Stadium
2:45 – Preliminary Performance
3:00 – Head back to Convention Center – Front Ensemble Loads equipment
3:15 – Change in Convention Center in our specified room.
4:00 – Trucks Depart Lucas Oil Stadium and buses depart Convention Center
– This departure time is dependent on BCSC transportation. They may be running routes. We will keep families posted as to the final departure time.
5:00 – Arrive at Brownsburg High School
– Help Unload
– Go home, do some homework, and rest.
Should we be fortunate enough to advance to Semi-Finals we will be informed LATE on Friday, November 10. Parents, students, and the transportation department will be the first to receive the schedule from us that evening.
Additionally, if we are fortunate enough to advance to Finals. We will be informed on Saturday afternoon, around 4:00pm.
