Thursday, November 14
12:45 – Depart Brownsburg High School
1:30 – Band dropped off at Convention Center – If necessary, the band can eat lunch downtown.
4:00 – Rehearsal in the Convention Center
6:00 – Rehearsal Completed in the Convention Center
6:15 – At our Room in the Convention Center for dinner
7:00 – All Performers in Uniform
7:20 – In the Block, ready to walk
7:30 – Walk to Lucas Oil Stadium
7:50 – Enter Lucas Oil Stadium
8:00 – Warm Up
9:00 – Performance
9:15 – Exit Lucas Oil Stadium
9:30 – Loading trucks and buses
10:00 (approximate) – Depart Lucas Oil Stadium
11:00pm – Arrive at Brownsburg High School
– Help Unload
– Change out of uniform
– Dismiss
Friday, November 15
1:00pm – Rehearsal in the Stadium begins
5:00 – Rehearsal concludes
– Help load equipment and props
– Dismissed
10:30pm (approximate) – Schedule for Saturday morning will be sent to families.
Saturday, November 16
Semi-Finals
Should we be fortunate enough to advance to Semi-Finals, we will not know our schedule until late Friday evening. As soon as we get the schedule from BOA, we will begin to organize the Saturday itinerary. It will be sent to families via ParentSquare, our GroupMe’s, and the newsletter. We may perform as early as 7:00am or as late as 3:45pm. Be ready for anything, and we directors will communicate as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Finals
Should we be fortunate enough to advance to finals. We will know around 4:30 or 5:00pm on Saturday afternoon/evening. Regardless of the announcement, all performers and chaperones will meet at the Brownsburg designated room in the Convention Center. Directors will send as schedule as soon as possible.
