The Sound of Brownsburg performed in prelims at the Bands of America (BOA) Indianapolis Super Regional on Friday, October 20 at Lucas Oil Stadium with 65 other bands from 6 states. They advanced to finals for the sixth time in the past seven years the event was held (the event was not held in 2020).
They performed again in finals on Saturday, October 21 and received 4th place. This is the highest ever finish for the band at this event! Congratulations to our hard-working students, directors, staff, parents and volunteers!
Just two more competitions remain for this year: ISSMA State Finals on October 28 and Bands of America Grand National Championships November 9-11. Please join us at these events to cheer on the band!
